Adopt Me Halloween 2026 Report Card: What Uplift Got Right (and What I’d Fix)
TL;DR, bestie
My final grade for Adopt Me’s Halloween 2026: B+. The minigames were the best Uplift has done in a while (Hauntlet 2 is an A), the two no-luck 120,000 Candy Corn legendaries were a W, and the four-day Wagon was generous. It loses points for the Poltergeist Box (a 4% legendary) and three Robux-only pets. If you still have Candy Corn, the Wagon closes Fri 6 Nov: 7:45am PT / 10:45am ET / 3:45pm GMT / 2:45am AEDT (Sat 7 Nov) / 4:45am NZDT (Sat 7 Nov). Spend it on a pet you’d actually keep.
Scam check
The Wagon closing is prime time for “I’ll hold your Candy Corn pets for you” and “give me your pet, I’ll give you a Halloween legendary back later” trades. Nobody can store Candy Corn for you, and a trade with nothing on the other side is just a gift to a stranger. Candy Corn has no value once the Wagon leaves, so anyone “buying” it for real money is running a scam.
Halloween 2026 in Adopt Me ran from 3 October (it started during that day’s Admin Abuse) to 2 November, and the Halloween Wagon is the encore. With a few hours left, I went back through the update notes, the Adopt Me! Wiki event page and my own guides to give the whole event a report card. These are my opinions, but every grade comes with receipts.

The report card at a glance
| Category | My grade | The one-line reason |
|---|---|---|
| Minigames | A | Five activities, and Hauntlet 2 paid up to 21,000 Candy Corn a run |
| Candy Corn pets | A- | Two legendaries for 120,000 each, with zero luck involved |
| Unlock quests | B+ | The Crypt items made you explore, but they were easy to miss |
| Poltergeist Box | C | 13,000 Candy Corn for a 4% shot at the legendary |
| Robux balance | B- | Three Robux pets, plus a Robux-only blaster that isn’t in the Wagon |
| The ending (Wagon) | A | Four days, and almost everything came back |
| Overall | B+ | Fun to play, fair to grind, a bit too boxy |
Minigames: A
This is where Halloween 2026 earned its grade. Uplift added a new activity most weeks, and none of them felt like filler.
- Ghost Gallery (week 1): a 150-second ghost-blasting round inside the Manor, up to 5,000 Candy Corn plus a Crypt Key if your lobby beat the boss.
- The Crypt (week 1): four levels of graves you opened with Crypt Keys, with the Mummy Spider at the bottom.
- Hauntlet 2 (week 2): 50 doors, three hearts and a lot of yelling. A full run paid up to 21,000 Candy Corn, 500 Bucks and two Crypt Keys.
- Stitches’ Spotlight (week 3): grab Candy Corn while dodging spotlights, up to 5,000.
- Where Bear? (week 4): a hide-and-hunt round with Survivors, Hunters and Bears, up to 2,000.
My take: Hauntlet 2 is the best event minigame Adopt Me has had in a long time. The special floors (Power Station, Spider Den, the Copycat doors) meant no two runs felt the same, and the payout was big enough that it was the obvious grind. Where Bear? was fun, but at 2,000 max it felt like a party game, not a Candy Corn source. That’s fine. Not everything has to be a job.
Receipt for the vibes: Uplift ran a Dagi takeover during the 17 and 24 October Admin Abuse sessions, swapping the Hauntlet 2 ghosts for English Sheepdogs. It was silly, and it’s exactly the kind of thing that makes an event feel alive instead of just a shop with a timer on it.
Candy Corn pets: A-
The two big ones were the Skelicorn (week 2) and the Stray Cat Dragon (week 4), both legendary and both 120,000 Candy Corn. You had to unlock each one first (a Lightning Lever for the Skelicorn, Polymorphing Cat Food for the Stray Cat Dragon, both from the Crypt), but once you did, it was a straight purchase.
Why this matters: a legendary you can earn with time, not luck, is the fairest thing an event can offer. A kid who played every day could plan for it, and that’s a W in my book. The cheaper tier was solid too: Boohoo at 32,000 and Stitches at 70,000 gave mid-grind players something real to aim for.
What keeps it from an A: the Jacobin Pigeon (4,000) and Shoebill (18,000) hid behind fetch quests (8 Crypt Twigs, or 3 Lost Socks plus the Headphones). Those were fine, but plenty of players never realized the quests existed. My full Halloween 2026 pet list has every unlock step if you’re still finishing.
Unlock quests: B+
I liked that the Crypt tied everything together. One Crypt Key could give Candy Corn, a Crypt Twig, a Lightning Lever, a Lost Sock, the Headphones or the Polymorphing Cat Food, so every key felt like it might move you forward.
My gripe: it wasn’t obvious. If you skipped the Crypt, you could reach 120,000 Candy Corn and then discover you couldn’t buy the Skelicorn yet. That’s a “read the patch notes” moment, and most players don’t read patch notes. That’s what I’m here for, I guess.
Poltergeist Box: C
The box cost 13,000 Candy Corn and gave a Caramelgeist (76%), a Bobageist (20%) or a Bubblegeist (4%). At 4%, you’d open 25 boxes on average to get one Bubblegeist. That’s roughly 325,000 Candy Corn, nearly three Skelicorns’ worth, and that’s only the average. Some players will open 40 and still not see it.
My take: I’m not mad the box existed. Some players love opening things, and the Bobageist is cute. But putting a 4% legendary next to two guaranteed 120,000 legendaries made the box the worst deal in the event by a mile. I’d rather Uplift sold the Bubblegeist straight for a high Candy Corn price. My Poltergeist Box odds breakdown has the full math.

Robux balance: B-
Three pets were Robux-only during the event: the Jester Dragon (1,000 Robux), the Copycat (600 Robux) and Count Slothula (99 Robux). The Pro Ghost Blaster was Robux too, and it isn’t in the Wagon.
The fair part: Count Slothula at 99 Robux is cheap, and it’s moved into the regular Pet Shop for good, so nobody has to panic-buy it. The Copycat’s polymorph trick is at least something new, not just a reskin.
The less fair part: the Jester Dragon was the event’s poster pet, and it cost 1,000 Robux. That’s a lot to ask of the kids this game is built for. A Robux-only limited is how a lot of trading pressure starts, and I’d like to see one more of the headline pets earnable for Candy Corn next year.
The ending: A
The Wagon has been the best part of the last week. It arrived on 2 November and carries every pet, vehicle, pet wear item and toy from the event, with two exceptions spelled out in Uplift’s own notes: the Mummy Spider and the Pro Ghost Blaster. The final weekend before it also gave 1.2x Candy Corn, which pushed a lot of players over the line for a 120,000 pet.
My take: four days is enough time to spend leftovers without feeling rushed, and having almost everything back means you can fix the “I should’ve bought that in week 1” regret. My Halloween Wagon guide lists what’s inside.
What I’d do with the time left
If you’re reading this before the Wagon closes, here’s my order:
- Got 120,000 or more? Buy the Skelicorn or the Stray Cat Dragon, whichever you’d actually play with. They’re the best value in the Wagon.
- Between 30,000 and 120,000? Stitches (70,000) or Boohoo (32,000). Both are pets, not lottery tickets.
- Under 30,000? Pet wear or a vehicle you like. Candy Corn is worth nothing after the Wagon leaves, so spend it on something you’ll see.
- Skip the Poltergeist Box unless you already own the pets you wanted and genuinely like opening boxes.
Hot take: the most underrated thing about this Halloween wasn’t a pet. It was Hauntlet 2. If Uplift keeps one thing for next year, I want it to be that.
Kiko’s take: Halloween 2026 gets a B+ from me. It was fun to play, fair to grind and generous at the end, and it would have been an A without the 4% box and the 1,000 Robux poster pet. Would I trade my Tamagotchi for it? For Hauntlet 2, honestly, maybe. Spend your last Candy Corn on a pet you’ll keep, not a box you’ll regret.
FAQ
When does the Adopt Me Halloween Wagon leave?
Fri 6 Nov: 7:45am PT / 10:45am ET / 3:45pm GMT / 2:45am AEDT (Sat 7 Nov) / 4:45am NZDT (Sat 7 Nov).
What’s not in the Halloween Wagon?
The Mummy Spider and the Pro Ghost Blaster. Uplift’s final-weekend notes say both are left out.
What happens to Candy Corn after the Wagon leaves?
You can’t spend it on Halloween items anymore, so use it before the Wagon closes.
Is Count Slothula leaving too?
No. Uplift’s notes say Count Slothula moves into the regular Pet Shop, while the regular Sloth leaves. My Count Slothula guide and Sloth value post cover both.
What was the best Halloween 2026 pet to buy with Candy Corn?
In my opinion, the Skelicorn or the Stray Cat Dragon. Both are legendary and cost a fixed 120,000 Candy Corn with no luck involved. My Halloween pets ranking has the full list.
