Brookhaven Wiki: Every Place, House, Job and Game Pass Explained

TL;DR, bestie

The kikomii Brookhaven Wiki is my map of the whole town: every building, house system, job, vehicle and game pass, one page each.

  • Brookhaven is a free-form roleplay game. No levels, no grind. You pick a house, a job, a car and a story.
  • The town is full of buildings you can walk into, from the hospital and school to the bank and the Criminal Base.
  • Most things are free. Game passes add extras like bigger plots, more vehicles and VIP perks, and each pass gets an honest page here.
  • For new updates and seasonal hunts, see the Brookhaven guide hub.

🗓️ Last updated: 5 November 2026

Brookhaven RP is the most-visited game I cover by a long way, with more than 89 billion visits since it opened in April 2020. It doesn’t have pets to hatch or knives to trade. What it has is a whole town to play pretend in, and a surprising number of hidden rooms, house controls and secrets that most players never find. This wiki is the guidebook for that town: what’s in every building, how houses and jobs work, and which game passes are actually worth buying.

How Brookhaven works

Houses and plots

You claim an empty plot and pick a house from the menu, then change its colors, lights and furniture. Many houses have secret rooms, safes and control panels. The Houses page explains how plots work, and individual house pages cover the hidden features. Some styles and bigger plots sit behind passes like Estate Unlocked and Land Unlocked.

Jobs and roles

There are dozens of jobs, from police officer and firefighter to doctor and teacher. Picking a job gives you the outfit and tools for that role, and it tells everyone else what story you’re playing. The Jobs page lists them and suggests where in town each one works best.

Vehicles

Cars, bikes, buses, boats and more spawn for free from the vehicle menu, with extra packs available as passes. See Vehicles for the full garage and vehicle customization for the paint and plate tricks.

Avatar, props and pets

Brookhaven has its own avatar editor, so you can change outfits on the fly. Props let you carry phones, food, toys and more for your story, and pets can follow you around, with extra options behind the House Pets pass.

Places worth knowing

The town is the real star. A few spots every player should know:

PlaceWhy it matters
Brookhaven BankThe heist favorite, with a vault and a getaway story built in
Criminal BaseThe hideout for every bad-guy roleplay
HospitalDoctor and patient roleplay, plus a hidden second floor
Brookhaven High SchoolClasses, lockers and every school story (school RP ideas)
Police DepartmentCells, cars and cops-and-robbers
Fire StationFire trucks and rescue roleplay
AirportPlanes, travel stories and a lot of chaos

Each location page covers what’s inside, any secrets I know about, and story ideas that actually use the space.

Seasons, updates and hunts

Brookhaven doesn’t do big battle passes or limited pets. Instead, updates tend to add new houses, new buildings, new vehicles and seasonal decorations, plus the occasional hunt. Halloween 2026 was a good example: a new house, a Candy Corn hunt and a spooky town makeover (all in my Halloween update guide). The Map themes page explains how the look of the town can change, and update-specific pages record what each release added, so you can still find that one house after the season ends.

Playing nicely

Roleplay only works when people play along. A few things that make every server better: don’t wreck someone else’s story just because you can, let the police roleplay be a story rather than a griefing excuse, and use a private server if you want to film or play a long family storyline in peace. My beginner guide has the full “don’t be that player” list, and it’s worth a read before your first big RP.
