Steal An Egg Paranoid Pete and the Alien Biome: What’s Confirmed (and What’s Just Hype)

TL;DR, bestie

Paranoid Pete arrived in Steal An Egg on Monday 2 November (US time), and the official Update 11 (UFO Invasion) notes now spell out his quest: repair his machine to get the Signal Decoder, find the UFO that spawns every 30 minutes (at :00 and :30), deliver three Abducted eggs for UFO Debris, then trade the Debris with Pete for the Abducted mutation consumable. The New Alien Biome is a separate update (Update 12), listed on Roblox from Sat 7 Nov: 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT / 3am AEDT (Sun 8 Nov) / 5am NZDT (Sun 8 Nov). Its Speed requirement, pets and eggs are still unannounced, so any “leaked divine pet” video is guessing.

🗓️ Last updated: 5 November 2026 — the official Update 11 (UFO Invasion) notes are out, so Pete’s quest steps are now confirmed

Steal An Egg’s Halloween has wrapped up, and the next thing on the calendar is aliens. Here’s what’s actually confirmed, what’s just creator hype, and what I’d do this week so you’re ready on Saturday without wasting anything.

The official listing reads like a teaser: Pete “tried to warn us, but nobody believed him”, his radar is picking up “stronger signals of extraterrestrial activity”, and UFO sightings are getting more frequent. Since then, the Update 11 notes have confirmed Pete’s UFO loop (above). StealEgg also recorded a rare UFO you can board, with an Alien Vault inside that holds the Alien Staff. At Pete’s Alien Trade-In, 500 UFO Debris buys one Alien Mutation crystal with a 15% chance to apply.

A note on the time zones

Steal An Egg’s Saturday updates used to start at 15:00 UTC. This one is listed at 16:00 UTC, because US clocks went back on 1 November. The US time stays at 11am ET, but in the UK, Sydney and New Zealand it lands an hour later than you’re used to. For NZ and Australia, that means an early Sunday morning, so set an alarm or just play after breakfast.

Paranoid Pete: what I think is going on

Fact: the developers said Pete would arrive Monday without giving an hour. He turned up on Monday morning US time: creators were posting videos of him by Mon 2 Nov: 8:15am PT / 11:15am ET / 4:15pm GMT / 3:15am AEDT (Tue 3 Nov) / 5:15am NZDT (Tue 3 Nov).

My take: Pete is clearly the setup character for the biome, the same way earlier updates used an NPC to tease the next area. On day one, I only had creator videos to go on, so I called the UFO puzzle “probably, not confirmed”. The official Update 11 notes have since confirmed it: the Signal Decoder, UFOs every half hour, three Abducted eggs per delivery and UFO Debris you trade with Pete. What still isn’t confirmed is whether any of it unlocks the biome. Nothing official links the two.

What I’d do: finish Pete’s repair so you have the Decoder, then catch a few UFOs. That costs nothing. Ignore any video that says you need Robux to finish the quest. The official notes don’t mention any.

Is the Alien Biome hype worth it? My honest take

Hot take: the biome itself is probably worth the excitement, but most of the videos about it aren’t. Here’s why I think that.

  • Receipts for the good bit: every new biome so far has added new eggs and higher-income pets, and the update cadence has been almost weekly since August. A new biome is a big deal for anyone stuck at their current Speed gate.
  • Receipts for the bad bit: thumbnails are already promising “FREE DIVINES” and “fully leaked” unlocks. The developers haven’t named a single pet, egg or Speed number. When a video knows more than the developers have said, it’s guessing or making things up.

So yes, get hyped about Saturday. No, don’t change your whole plan because of a thumbnail with a giant red arrow.

What I’d do before Saturday

This is my plan, based on how earlier biomes worked. None of it relies on unconfirmed details.

  1. Keep training Speed. Every biome so far has been gated by Speed. Fan trackers are guessing at the next number, but nothing is official, so more Speed is the only safe prep.
  2. Farm UFOs for Debris. Halloween’s Headless Horseman Egg deadline (Monday 2 November) has passed, so the UFO loop is the thing to do this week. My UFO Invasion guide walks through the whole loop, step by step. Save Debris in blocks of 500 for the Alien Mutation crystal, and only roll it on your best earner, because it’s a 15% chance.
  3. Save money for new eggs. New biomes usually mean new eggs. I’d rather walk in on Saturday with a full wallet than with a garden of pets I panic-bought.
  4. Claim the free Speed gift if you haven’t: like the game, favorite it and join the “and Collect Rare Pets” group, then claim it in the rewards panel.
  5. Read the patch notes on Saturday before spending anything.

Status check: what’s still unknown

QuestionMy honest answer
What Speed do I need for the Alien Biome?Unknown. Anyone quoting a number is estimating
Will the biome stay after 14 November?Unknown. The listing end isn’t always a removal date
Will Halloween pets I own stay?Past events kept owned pets, but it isn’t confirmed for this one
Are there alien codes? No. There’s no code box in the game at all

Kiko’s take: Paranoid Pete is here, and he’s a teaser, not the main event. Fix his machine, grab the Decoder and farm a few UFOs for Debris. The real day is Saturday. Train Speed, save your money and ignore every “free divine” thumbnail until the patch notes are out. Nobody needs to get finessed by a radar desk.

Scam check

Steal An Egg has no codes, so any “alien pet code” site is fake. Nobody can give you a pet “before the update”, and “auto-steal” or “free divine” scripts risk your account. If a video asks you to join a Discord and “verify” with your Roblox login, close it. Free rewards only ever come from inside the game.

FAQ

When does Paranoid Pete arrive in Steal An Egg?

He’s already here. He arrived on Monday 2 November (US time) with Update 11, and creators were posting videos of him by Mon 2 Nov: 8:15am PT / 11:15am ET / 4:15pm GMT / 3:15am AEDT (Tue 3 Nov) / 5:15am NZDT (Tue 3 Nov).

What does Paranoid Pete’s quest give?

Repairing his machine gives the Signal Decoder. You then use it to find UFOs, deliver three Abducted eggs for UFO Debris and trade the Debris with Pete for the Abducted mutation consumable.

When is the Steal An Egg Alien Biome release?

Sat 7 Nov: 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT / 3am AEDT (Sun 8 Nov) / 5am NZDT (Sun 8 Nov), per the official Roblox event listing.

What pets are in the Alien Biome?

None have been announced. Anything you’ve seen is a leak claim or a guess.

Do I need to do Pete’s quest to enter the biome?

Not confirmed. The Update 11 notes explain the UFO quest, but they don’t say whether it’s linked to the biome.
