Adopt Me! is Uplift Games’ pet-raising and trading game, and one of the biggest games Roblox has ever had. You adopt pets, raise them by doing their tasks, make them Neon and Mega Neon, and trade with other players. Events add limited pets, and those limited pets drive the whole trading economy. Here’s where to start, depending on what you need.

How Adopt Me’s economy works (the 60-second version)
- Bucks are the in-game money. You earn them from tasks, the daily login and your paycheck, and spend them on eggs, furniture and more.
- Robux pets (like the Jester Dragon or Copycat) cost real money, and limited ones tend to hold value.
- Limited pets leave the shop after their event. Supply freezes, so demand decides value.
- Neon (4 pets) and Mega Neon (4 Neons) multiply rarity, which is why Mega values look silly.
- Value lists disagree. adoptmevalues.app and adoptme-values.com use different scales. Compare the order of pets, not the raw numbers.
Kiko’s take: Adopt Me is the original Tamagotchi-with-friends, and I’m never quitting. The one rule I’d tattoo on every new player: check values on the day, trade only in the trade window, and never give first. Do that and you’ll be fine. Probably richer than me, honestly.
Scam check
