Steal An Egg Wiki: Every Biome, Pet and System Explained
TL;DR, bestie
The kikomii Steal An Egg Wiki is my reference for every biome, pet, mutation and system in Steal An Egg.
- The loop: steal an egg, run it home, hatch it, earn money, buy Speed, unlock a harder biome. Repeat until your garden is ridiculous.
- 10 rarity tiers, lowest to highest: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Cosmic, Secret, Eternal, Divine.
- Rarity, size and mutation are three separate things. Each one changes what a pet earns.
- For this week’s update and event times, head to the Steal An Egg guide hub.
🗓️ Last updated: 5 November 2026
Steal An Egg only arrived on Roblox in July 2026, and it has already racked up more than 10 billion visits. It also updates almost every week, which means new biomes, new pets and new mutations land faster than anyone can keep track of. That’s exactly why it needed a wiki. My guide hub covers what’s new right now. This section is the slower, steadier reference: one page per biome, pet or system that stays useful after the update hype dies down.

How the game works
Stealing
Each biome has guardians sitting on eggs. You sprint in, grab one, and run it back to your base before you get bonked. Other players can steal from you too, so a full base is also a target. My stealing guide covers the sneaky routes; the wiki page How Steal An Egg works explains the rules in full.
Hatching and earning
Eggs hatch over time into pets, and pets sit in your garden earning money every second. Rarer eggs take longer but hatch better pets. Money then goes into upgrades for your base and treadmill.
Speed and biome gates
Your treadmill trains Speed, and each biome has a Speed gate. More Speed means harder biomes, and harder biomes hold better eggs. The details live in my Speed guide.
Fusing
Three matching pets can be fused into one stronger pet. It’s how a lot of players climb the rarity ladder without stealing a Divine outright.

Rarity, size and mutation
| Layer | What it changes | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Rarity | The base tier of the pet, from Common up to Divine | A Secret pet beats a Mythic of the same size |
| Size | How big the pet is; bigger pets earn more | A huge Common can out-earn a tiny Rare |
| Mutation | A special variant with its own look and bonus | Event mutations like Spectral or Abducted |
The full ladder, with what each tier is like to farm, is in my rarity order guide. The Mutations page covers every variant once it’s live.
Biomes
Biomes are the backbone of the game. Each one has its own eggs, guardians and Speed gate. The list so far includes the Forest, Desert, Snow, Jungle, Lake, Volcano, Prehistoric, Abyss Ocean, Cherry Blossom, Titan Temple, Enchanted Forest, Cosmic and Angels and Demons, with more being added as the game updates. Every biome page explains what spawns there, how hard the guards are and whether it’s worth farming at your Speed.
Updates and events
Steal An Egg updates at a pace most games would find exhausting. Halloween brought a whole spooky dimension (see the Halloween Dimension guide), and Update 11 turned the sky into a UFO shooting gallery with the UFO Invasion. Events usually add limited eggs and a mutation you can only get while they run, which is why event pets tend to become sought-after once they’re gone. The Events and Updates pages keep a calm, permanent record of what each one added, so you can still look things up months later.
Protecting your base
Since anyone can walk in and grab an egg, guarding your own stuff matters as much as stealing. Upgrade your base when you can, and don’t wander off to a far biome when your garden is packed. My stealing guide covers both sides of the chase.
