Brookhaven Tree House: How to Get It, What’s Inside and Best RP Ideas

- There are two tree houses in Brookhaven. Don’t mix them up!
- The classic Tree House is free for everyone, and has been in the house list since 2020. Just spawn it from the Houses menu.
- The Mega Tree House (the Carnival tree house) was a Summer Carnival 2025 prize for 800 Tickets. Players who earned it kept it for good.
- It isn’t in the 2026 Carnival rewards, so right now you can’t earn it. Ignore anyone “selling” or “gifting” it.
- Best RP: secret clubhouse, jungle explorers, treetop café and a sleepover.

Few things scream “childhood” louder than a tree house. Brookhaven has two of them: a classic one anyone can spawn, and a towering Carnival one that only some players own. Here’s how to get each, what to expect, and the roleplays that work best up in the branches.

How to get the classic Tree House (free)
- Open the Houses menu.
- Scroll the free houses until you spot the Tree House. It’s the boxy cabin sitting in a tree.
- Spawn it on an empty plot. Done!
- Use House Controls to lock the door, change the color and add a house sign (“NO GROWN-UPS ALLOWED” is mandatory, I don’t make the rules).
It’s been in Brookhaven since the early days, so it’s a nice nostalgic pick if you’ve been playing a while.
The Mega Tree House: how players got it
The big one arrived with the Summer Carnival update on 3 July 2025. The Carnival replaced the mall for two weeks, and players earned Tickets from mini-games and rides:

The Tree House was the top 800-Ticket prize, alongside the Bumper Car and Cannon at 400. The Carnival rules said all rewards were permanent, so anyone who saved up still has it in their house list.
Can you get it now? The Summer Carnival came back in 2026 with a brand-new reward list (and a new Summer House), but the Tree House wasn’t on it. If it ever returns, it’ll be through an event like this. It won’t come from a code or a stranger.
What’s inside the Mega Tree House
From update videos, the Mega Tree House is a multi-level tower of wooden cabins wrapped around one massive tree, stacked at different heights like a wooden wedding cake. Highlights players love:
- Loads of separate rooms, so every friend can claim a “bedroom”.
- A hidden safe somewhere in the tower. O1G’s video shows where.
- Height. It towers over the houses around it, so it’s great for lookout roleplays.
- Carnival vibes. It’s a souvenir from the 2025 event, so owning it is a bit of a flex for long-time players.
Best tree house roleplay ideas

Tree house tips
- Ban troublemakers from the plot. Older versions of the Carnival Tree House had a bug that let banned players walk on it, which was fixed in a later update.
- Lock the door so randoms don’t wander up the ladder.
- Use a private server for big sleepovers, so nobody crashes the story (see my private server guide).
Scam check
Scam check: nobody can trade, gift or “unlock” the Carnival Tree House for you. Houses can’t be passed between players, and this one was never sold for Robux. “Give me your password and I’ll add the tree house” is always a scam.
Kiko’s take: Tree houses are pure 1999 energy: walkie-talkies, a “secret” password everyone knows, and snacks you definitely weren’t allowed upstairs. If you don’t own the Mega one, don’t stress. The classic Tree House is free, cute and perfect for a clubhouse.
