Brookhaven Monster House: Face Controls, Secret Brain Room and Is the Bundle Worth It?
TL;DR, bestie
The Monster House is the paid Halloween 2026 house in Brookhaven. It comes in the Monster Bundle with the Frankenmobile car. Its two gimmicks are house face controls (the house has glowing monster eyes you can control) and a secret brain room. The bundle is listed at 399 Robux. Worth it if you do lots of spooky RP. Skip it if you just want a Halloween house, because the Trick’or’Treat House is free with 50 Candy Corn.

Brookhaven’s Halloween update gave us two houses: a free one you earn and a paid one that, quite literally, looks back at you. Here’s what the Monster House actually does, and whether the bundle is worth your Robux.

What’s in the Monster Bundle
| Item | What it is |
|---|---|
| Monster House | A Halloween house with a monster “face” on the front, special house controls and a secret room |
| Frankenmobile | A green monster-themed car |
| Price | 399 Robux (check the in-game store, as Roblox prices can vary by region and platform) |
| Where to buy | The in-game store in Brookhaven |
Brookhaven’s own update notes describe it as a “new Monster House with special house controls and secret rooms” and a “new Frankenmobile vehicle”. The game pass description adds that you can control the house’s face and explore its secret brain room.
Face controls
This is the headline feature. From the front, the Monster House has a face: angled “ears” on the roofline and two big glowing green eyes for windows (you can see it in the thumbnails on this page). The bundle lets you control that face from the house controls.
I haven’t seen an official list of every face option yet, so check the house controls menu once you’ve placed it. Here’s how players are using it in roleplay:
- Haunted-house tours: “wake” the house up when guests walk in.
- Trick-or-treat pranks: let the house react when someone knocks.
- Monster-family RP: the house is basically another character.
The secret brain room
Inside, there’s a hidden room with a giant pink brain and neon lighting. It’s the most screenshot-worthy spot in the house. It’s built for the “secret lab” or “mad scientist” storyline. Pair it with the Frankenmobile and you’ve got a full Frankenstein-meets-Brookhaven arc.
I won’t spoil the exact way in. Part of the fun is finding it, and I’d rather not guess at steps I haven’t confirmed.

The Frankenmobile
It’s a chunky green car with a monster grille, and it matches the house. It’s mostly cosmetic and works like any other Brookhaven car.
Monster House vs Trick’or’Treat House
| Monster House | Trick’or’Treat House | |

| How to get it | Buy the Monster Bundle | Find 50 Candy Corn |

| Car included | Frankenmobile | No (but the Candy Cruiser unlocks at 25 Candy Corn) |
| Best for | Haunted-house and mad-scientist RP | Cozy Halloween family RP |
My Trick’or’Treat House guide covers how to unlock the free one.
Is the Monster Bundle worth it?
Buy it if:
- you RP every week with the same group and want a “set piece” house;
- you love themed houses with interactive features;
- you’ll actually use the brain room for storylines.
Skip it if:
- you just want a Halloween vibe (the free house plus the Candy Corn props gets you most of the way);
- you’re saving for a game pass you’ll use all year;
- you rarely change houses.
How to place it
- Buy the Monster Bundle in the Brookhaven store.
- Open Houses, find a vacant plot and claim it. You can only have one plot at a time, and there’s a cooldown when you switch.
- Choose the Monster House from your house list.
- Use the house controls to play with the face.
Kiko’s take: It’s the most fun house gimmick Brookhaven has done in ages. A house that makes faces at your friends is peak Halloween. But 399 Robux is real money. If you’re unsure, grab the free Trick’or’Treat House first, and if you still want more after a week, then buy. Is it worth trading my Tamagotchi for? Only if the brain room came with a laser show.
Scam check
The Monster House is only sold through Brookhaven’s in-game store. There’s no “free Monster House code” (Brookhaven doesn’t have codes), and nobody can “gift” it to you through a website. Never share your password to “unlock” a game pass. Real purchases happen in Roblox’s own purchase pop-up.
