Icewing in MM2: The 2,499 Robux Ancient Scythe From Christmas 2018
TL;DR, bestie
- Icewing is an Ancient knife from the Christmas 2018 Icewing Gamepass (2,499 Robux).
- The gamepass is off-sale. Trading is the only way to get one now.
- It looks like an icy wing blade on a blue gradient handle, with a diamond and icicles at the guard.
- It was hit hard by the Icewing Glitch and the 2022 Duping Glitch, so treat demand as cooled-off, not peak.
Icewing is the frozen scythe people either flex or side-eye. It was one of the first shop Ancients, it looks dramatic in a lobby, and it spent years as a dupe magnet. Here's the clean version.

How to get Icewing
During Christmas 2018 you bought the Icewing Gamepass for 2,499 Robux. That pack is long gone. If you want one today, you trade for it. No crafting path, no current event track.
What it looks like
Thin jagged handle with a light-blue grip that gradients from dark blue into cerulean. Between handle and blade sits a diamond ringed with icicles. The blade itself is bright ice shaped like a wing. The model comes from the Roblox "Frozen Back Scythe" accessory. Hitbox is a little bigger than most knives because of that wing shape, which some players love and some players hate.
Set and history
Icewing and Batwing are the two shop Ancients. It sat in the middle of the Icewing Glitch era and got dumped on again during the 2022 Duping Glitch, which flooded copies into circulation. Older hold poses and a few visual bugs with Knifeception / Ghostify got patched. Other scythes in the family tree include Nik's Scythe, Elderwood Scythe, Hallowscythe, Reaver and Gingerscythe.
Demand and rarity
Ancient rarity still means "serious flex" in a lobby, but Icewing's demand is softer than cleaner Ancients that weren't farmed by glitches. I won't quote list numbers. If a trade feels rushed or the other person refuses a middleman you trust, leave. kikomii value tools are on the way for cleaner reads.
Kiko's take: Cool blade, messy history. I'd rather wear Hallowscythe or Elderwood Scythe for the same Ancient energy without the dupe baggage, unless the Icewing offer is clearly in my favor.

FAQ
Can I still buy the Icewing Gamepass? No. Christmas 2018 is over. Trade only.
Is Icewing a knife or a gun? Knife. Scythe-shaped Ancient knife.
Why do people say Icewing dropped in demand? It was a prime target of major duping glitches, so more copies exist than for quieter Ancients.
