TL;DR, bestie
- The Owl is a Legendary pet from the Farm Egg, which launched on 22 November 2019 for 750 Bucks.
- The Farm Egg had a 3% Legendary chance, split between the Owl and the Crow, so each had about 1.5%.

- The Full Grown trick is Dance 2. Neon glows bright peach, and the Mega Neon cycles red, magenta, white and yellow.

The Owl is small, round and a little bit judgmental-looking, and players have loved it since late 2019. It was one of two Legendaries in the Farm Egg, and its odds were rough enough that a lot of players never hatched one. That’s a big reason it’s still wanted years later.

How to get the Owl
The Farm Egg was the egg for late 2019. It cost 750 Bucks, and its Legendary roll was split between two birds, the Owl and the Crow. That split is why the Owl feels rarer than other egg Legendaries from that period. Every Legendary hatch was a coin flip between the two.
Today:
- Trading is the normal route. You’ll need a Trade License.
- Old Farm Eggs still hatch with their original odds. If you somehow own one, hatching it is a fun gamble, but it’s still about 1.5%.
The Owl and Crow are often traded as a pair. If you’re hunting for one, it’s worth asking whether someone has the other too.

What it looks like
A round, chubby brown owl with a pale face, big dark eyes and little ear tufts. It’s basically a fluffy potato with wings, and I mean that as the highest compliment. Give it a Fly Potion and it finally gets to do the thing owls are famous for.
Ages, Neon and Mega Neon
The tricks unlock in this order: Sit, Lay Down, Bounce, Joy, Dance 1 and finally Dance 2. Two dance tricks on one pet is a flex, and Dance 2 is the one people show off.
On the Neon Owl, the body and wings glow a bright peach. That’s a warmer glow than most Neons, and it stands out on such a dark-brown pet. The Mega Neon cycles red, magenta, white and yellow. If you’re raising one, the age-up guide and the Neon guide have the steps.

Demand and rarity
Demand for the Owl is high and steady. Three things keep it there: low hatch odds, an egg that’s long gone, and a design people still like. Neon Owls are uncommon, and Mega Neon Owls are genuinely hard to find. It sits below the event dragons in trade conversations, but above most of the newer egg Legendaries.
I don’t put numeric values on wiki pages, since they shift week to week and every list says something different. kikomii value tools are on the way.
Kiko’s take: The Owl is my pick for anyone who wants a classic Legendary that doesn’t scream for attention. It’s a cute bird, the peach Neon is gorgeous, and Dance 2 makes it feel lively. I’d pair it with a Crow for the full Farm Egg set, because that just looks right on a shoulder.
